If you love paying attention to details, the next paragraph is for you: ▪️Master Bedroom: King size bed with a memory Foam mattress, 2 nightstands, lamps/USB ports, 40" smart TV and master bath with rain shower. ▪️2nd Bedroom: Queen size bed, with a memory foam mattress, 2 nightstands, 32" smart TV & closet. ▪️3rd Bedroom: Queen size bed and a double bed, 32" Smart TV & Closet. ▪️2nd Bath completely renovated, with a tub. ▪️Modern Dining table for 6 ▪️Main Living Room: 75” Smart TV access Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. ▪️Kitchen: High-end appliances. Includes AirFryer, Convection Oven, Microwave, Gas Stove, Fridge, kettle and much more. ▪️Modern washer and dryer.

Most of our guests are wonderful and respectful 💓. These rules were created only after a few past situations, and they help us protect the home from parties or misuse. If you are a considerate guest, these policies should never affect your stay. I understand and agree to: -Refrain from making any loud noises or playing music after 10:00 pm to show respect towards others. As per city of Hollywood vacation rental regulations, noise monitors are installed. -Parties are not allowed on the property. -Smoking is not permitted inside the house. -Maximun 8 people on the property at any given time. -Minimum age to book - 25 years. 🔒 Fines & Fees -To prevent unauthorized parties or events, only guests included in the reservation may enter the property. $200 per unregistered guest per incident will be charged. -Disabling or interfering with Wi-Fi, security cameras, or noise monitoring devices will result in a $300 fine. -Smoking indoors is not permitted. Evidence of smoking inside the property will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee -🚓 Out of respect for our neighbors, parties and excessive noise are not permitted. If authorities are contacted, a $1,000 penalty may apply and the stay may be terminated. -If you use the BBQ or oven, we kindly ask that you leave them reasonably clean to avoid additional cleaning fees BBQ deep cleaning fee: $60 Oven deep cleaning due to spills or grease: $60 Heavy kitchen cleaning required after checkout: $75

Pack'n Play (portable crib) and High Chair for babies can be provided upon request. Please remember that you're staying in our home, located in a family-friendly neighborhood—not a hotel. We kindly ask that you treat the space with respect. Our home is designed for a peaceful retreat, ideal for families looking to relax. In consideration of our neighbors, we ask that there be no parties, excessive noise, or loud music after 10:00 PM.
